USER NAME AND PASSWORD ISSUES:

Expired License:
Licenses expired for more than 30 days cannot be renewed!
Select either New License or Renewal and follow the prompts.


Problem entering your User Name and Password:
Forward the original License email we sent you to our support department.  We will check your User Name and Password for validity and email you further instructions.


24 HOUR FORUM SUPPORT:  NOD32 Support Forum

The NOD32 Support Forum (hosted by Wilders Security) is monitored by ESET staff and highly skilled volunteers all year round.

When emailing support, briefly describe your issue and provide the following:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • ESET User Name

Your registered ESET User Name can be found in the NOD32 Control Center>Update>Setup or in the License we emailed you when you purchased or renewed NOD32.
